Here comes another Gag order by despot Antonia Maino through her stooges.

Dear Hindu Sisters/Brothers:

I am sorry I could not update you earlier about the $100 million libel law suit filed against me and my colleagues in New York and New Jersey, because there was some problem with my computer system. The complete story is as under:

As you are well aware Indian National Overseas Congress (INOC) had filed two cases in the amount of $100 million; one in New York against Kataria, et al, and the other in New Jersey against Sunanda Thali, et al. The New Jersey case was dismissed on August 15th and New York case was withdrawn by INOC on October 2nd.

INOC has filed a new case in New Jersey against our colleagues Satya Dosapati, Sunanda Thali, Dr. Naresh Sharma and other N.J. residents in the amount of $20 million. The charge against the defendants is that they had advertised in The New York Times, dated October 6, 1907 stating that Indian National Congress had blown up Ram Sethu, an ancient Hindu heritage.

However, so far no case has been filed against me, Mr. Sahani and my colleagues in New York.

Now, we have retained the same New Jersey law firm of Connell Foley LLP who are fully familiar with our case. Our law firm will respond to the allegations in about one month’s time.

Very truly yours,

Narain Kataria
