July 20 2008 Third class biased treatment to Hindus, Nonexistent Development and False Promises: While Muslim Rightist Congress spent over Rs 500 crores (as per CAG report) on Hajj subsidy and Andhra CM Samuel Reddy is giving subsidies to Christians to go to Bethlehem, Hindu devotees are mistreated worse than 3rd class citizens and Hindu Holy places are in dilapidated conditions while the Daan (selfless donations) that Hindus willfully give for up keep, protection, research and development of these Mandirs (Hindu Temples) and tax payers money is redirected for Muslim-Christian subsidies. No such service is provided to Hindus for any holy pilgrimage. What kind of secularism is this?
उत्तराखंड में बद्रीनाथ की यात्रा के दौरान करीब ११ हजार श्रद्धालु अब भी फंसे हुए हैं। इन लोगों को निकालने की कोशिशें की जा रही हैं। बद्रीनाथ से २० किलोमीटर दूर लामबगड़ में बना पुल बादल फटने से नदी में बह गया। ऋषिकेष-बद्रीनाथ राजमार्ग पर बने पुल के बह जाने से भगवान के दर्शन कर वापस आ रहे करीब १२ हजार श्रद्धालु बद्रीनाथ में ही फंस गए। इनमें से एक हज़ार को वहां से सही-सलामत निकाल लिया गया है। इन तीर्थयात्रियों को दूसरे रास्ते के ज़रिए बाहर निकाला गया। बाक़ी फंसे तीर्थयात्रियों को भी अब इस रास्ते से निकालने की कोशिश की जा रही है। चमोली जिला प्रशासन का कहना है कि वो सेना की मदद से नदी में कच्चा पुल का निर्माण कर सभी तीर्थयात्रियों को ऋषिकेष भेजने का प्रबंध करेगा। लेकिन ये तभी संभव है जब नदी में पानी का बहाव कम हो। रात में बारिश के चलते राहत काम में बाधा पड़ी है। प्रशासन का कहना है कि जरूरत पड़ने पर बद्रीनाथ में फंसे तीर्थयात्रियों को वहां से निकालने के लिए हेलीकॉप्टरों की भी मदद ली जा सकती है।

उत्तर प्रदेश के चंदौली में रविवार को सेना की भर्ती के दौरान मची भगदड़ के बाद फायरिंग में एक अभ्यर्थी की मौत हो गई। भर्ती में गड़बड़ी का आरोप लगाते हुए हंगामा कर रहे युवकों पर मिलेट्री पुलिस की फायरिंग में तीन अभ्यर्थी घायल भी हुए हैं। इसके बाद बेकाबू युवाओं ने पूरे शहर में तोड़फोड़ करने की कोशिश की। हंगामे के कारण दिन में करीब चार घंटे तक शहर में अफरातफरी रही। पुलिस ने कड़ी मशक्कत के बाद हालात को काबू में किया है। अपुष्ट सूत्रों के मुताबिक फायरिंग में पांच युवकों की मौत हुई है। उपद्रवियों ने सरकारी दफ्तरों में तोड़फोड़ व आगजनी की। चंदौली रेलवे स्टेशन पर तोड़फोड़ के कारण यातायात प्रभावित रहा। लंबी दूरी की कई ट्रेनों को दूसरे स्टेशनों पर रोक कर रखा गया। इसके अलावा उपद्रवियों ने कुछ वाहनों को फूंक डाला और जिला अदालत में तोड़फोड़ मचाई। भर्ती रैली में आसपास के इलाकों के साथ पड़ोसी राज्य बिहार से करीब दो हजार युवाओं ने भाग लिया था। युवाओं ने शारीरिक परीक्षण के दौरान धांधली की शिकायत की थी और उसके बाद ही सेना अधिकारियों से उनका विवाद हो गया था। सेना अधिकारियों का कहना है कि युवकों ने पथराव शुरू कर दिया था।

July 12 2008 Corruption: The Comptroller and Auditor General (CAG) of India's audit report has exposed a scam involving the Armymen's obsession with the game of golf.
It seems like the Armymen have been channelising funds meant for Defence services' budgetary needs to fulfil their passion for the sport. The CAG report on Friday confirmed that nothing can come between the Army brass and their love for Golf. Successive chiefs of the Western Command ignored audit objections to continue buying golf carts by diverting 1.17 crore rupees from emergency operational funds by misrepresenting facts. The Comptroller and Auditor General says that the Army's Golf course in Delhi has been functioning in an unauthorised manner for the last 20 years. It is reported that Army personnel say the Government does not authorise its legitimate social requirements and therefore the exercise. The golf cart scam has blown the lid off the Army's unauthorised social activities. Most of its 93 golf courses across the country are illegal so far.

With Railway Minister Mamata Banerjee promising a white paper on the ministry's performance during Lalu Prasad's tenure, BJP on Saturday said Prime Minister Manmohan Singh could not abdicate himself of the "financial jugglery" committed during that period. "The Prime Minister has said the white paper will uncover the reality. This vindicates BJP's stand that in the last five years there has been financial jugglery in the Railways. The PM cannot abdicate himself as Prasad was a part of his cabinet," BJP spokesperson Rajiv Pratap Rudy told reporters. He hoped the promised white paper would expose the "black deeds" of Prasad and not attempt to cover them. The BJP said Prasad's image as a politician and administrator has not been clean. "We have seen the Rs 1,000 crore fodder scam in which he was sent to jail," Rudy said, adding, "the nation could be heading towards a major scandal". Rudy accused Prasad of misleading management institutions like IIMs and Harvard Business School through his claims of turning around Indian Railways. Debunking Prasad's claims, Banerjee has said that after meeting all expenses, the Railways were left with a surplus of just Rs.8,361 crore and not Rs.90,000 crore.
On the surplus funds with the railways, Mr Banerjee had on Thursday said that a corpus of just Rs 8,361 crore remained after expenditure of Rs 13,600 crore on account of Pay Commission award last year and Rs 2,600 crore this year. Accusing Mr Prasad of misleading the country on the issue of railway profits during his tenure as minister, Bihar chief minister Nitish Kumar said the RJD leader now stood exposed. “From Mr Prasad’s claim of the railways achieving a cash surplus of Rs 90,000 crore to Mamata Banerjee’s disclosure of cash surplus of around Rs 8,361 crore, the jugglery of figures in the budget with respect to the profits is amply evident,” Mr Kumar said. The chief minister said that he had always wondered how a man who “ruined” Bihar for 15 years was “doing exceedingly well” in the railways.
Prasad had "hoodwinked and misled" the nation and the people, Kumar, a former railway minister, said it was "the biggest-ever offence" committed by any public servant in office since Independence. "Prasad owed an explanation to the nation and people," Kumar said, adding the RJD supremo should apologise to the nation. "A person who earned laurels and sobriquets of being a management guru and was invited by several management institutions in India and abroad for lectures for hollow claims of the turnaround by the Railways stands exposed now," Kumar claimed.

There are also reports that there is unnecessary pressure on the DMRC to finish the work because of Common Wealth Games in 2010 which may leading to substandard development. As expected from a person of Mr. Sreedharan's incorruptible stature, he offered to resign from the post of MD taking full moral responsibility for the incident even though he was not directly involved. 3 people died and Sreedharan resigns. Compare this to former and the worst Home Minister of Bharat Shivraj Patil who had to be halfheartedly removed even though more than 3000 people died to 47 Islamic & Christian terror attacks under his tenure.
In a similar incident in October last year, two persons were killed and 16 others injured when a portion of an under-construction bridge of the Delhi Metro collapsed and fell on a bus on Vikas Marg in east Delhi's Lakshmi Nagar area.
Price Rise and False Promises: Muslim Rightist Congress led UPA government reduced the fuel prices just before elections as a Pre-Poll gift and after forming the Government it has raised prices again. They had reduced petrol prices by Rs 5 a litre, diesel by Rs 2 and cooking gas by Rs 25 per cylinder. The new prices became effective from midnight on January 29 2009.
In one of the steepest hikes ever, the government on Wednesday jacked up fuel prices by Rs 4 a litre for petrol and Rs 2 for diesel, triggering ominous talk of freight-rate hike by transporters. This means, apart from a hike in your car-running bill, vegetables and food items, will become even costlier. But with international crude prices rising to a seven-month high of around $73, and the finance ministry worried about a growing fiscal deficit, the government has finally bitten the bullet. But truckers and transporters promptly announced they would pass on the burden by raising freight rates. IFTRT said truck rentals would go up 3-4% and retail freight rates 20-25%. This is the first fuel price increase effected by UPA-2. Petrol and diesel prices were last raised by Rs 5 and Rs 3 a litre, respectively, in June 2008. They were reduced by Rs 10 for petrol and Rs 4 for diesel in two equal instalments in December and January just before elections.

Senior Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) leader LK Advani has expressed concern at Taliban-imposed jizya - protection money being forcibly collected from religious minority in Pakistan - and urged the Indian Government to take steps "to prevent hardships and persecution of Hindus and Sikhs" in that country. "The BJP urges the Indian government to take all necessary steps with the government of Pakistan to prevent any further hardships and persecution of the Hindus and Sikhs in that country," the Leader of Opposition in the Lok Sabha said Wednesday. Advani in a statement said: "The BJP urgently calls upon the Pakistan government to protect the lives and properties of the Hindus and Sikhs in Pakistan and to ensure that they are safeguarded and that they are not subjected to any discrimination and harassment." "The BJP is greatly concerned at reports emanating from Pakistan that the Taliban has asked to pay a jizya tax of Rs.6 million," he said. "This is a direct outcome of the highly pampered existence that the Taliban have enjoyed, till very recently in Pakistan, in terms of which they have enjoyed the patronage of important organs of the state," Advani said.

But biased sellout media section distorts it as "raking" up of issue. Its the same murder case in which Pratibha Patil's brother G N Patil refused to undergo polygraph (lie detector) test. On the other hand compare this to how Sadhvi Pragya Singh Thakur, a Hindu Woman Seer, was physically, mentally and sexually abused by being forced through Chemical tests and forcefully drugged during Narco Analysis 5 times.

According to sources, the revenue-sharing pattern agreed upon is 75 per cent to the private party and 25 per cent to BSNL. Sources said that if the company gets the nod for the 20 Mega Hz spectrum, it may sell off stakes to foreign players at huge profits, like in the 2G case. Wellcom Communications is represented by T Silvarajoo (55) with 15 per cent shares. The other two directors are Dato Vijayakumar Ratnavelu (47) and T Gunasegaran Thiagarajan, both Tamilians with a Malaysian citizenship. Dato Vijayakumar is also running a company with the same name in Malaysia. Silvarajoo hails from Raja’s constituency Perambulur and is a close associate of the Minister. He is also associated with Dr C Krishnamoorthy, in whose building Raja had begun his legal practice in the constituency. Silvarajoo is currently a sub-contractor of CPWD’s road works. He supplies pellets from a quarry owned by Krishnamoorthy for the ongoing Chennai-Tiruchirappally National Highway (NH-45) project. Though the BSNL had invited franchisees a year ago, it postponed the bid several times allegedly due to pressure from the Minister who, sources said, kept adding names to the original list. Apparently under Raja’s pressure, BSNL chairman and managing director Kuldeep Goyal initiated the franchise-awarding procedures in mid-January.

Delhi Metro Rail Corporation (DMRC) managing director E. Sreedharan calling the Hyderabad Metro Rail project a "scandal" in the making has caused embarrassment to the Andhra Pradesh government and has triggered upheaval in political circles. Stung by Sreedharan's charges in a letter to Planning Commission Deputy Chairman Montek Singh Ahluwalia, the Congress government has sought an unconditional apology, failing which it threatened to sue him. Sreedharan's letter, in which he expressed reservations over the way government awarded contract to Maytas-led consortium, is likely to provide ammunition to the opposition's attack on the government as they gear up for next year's elections. The main opposition Telugu Desam Party (TDP), which announced a two-month long state-wide campaign from Oct 2 against corruption in the government, alleged that Chief Minister Y.S. Rajasekhara Reddy himself was involved in this "scam". Sreedharan's objection to the way the government allowing private consortium to commercially exploit prime land has also brought into focus the sensitive issue of land. Sreedharan, who served as a consultant for Hyderabad Metro project, remarked that making "available 296 acres of prime land to BOT (build, operate and transfer) developer for commercial exploitation was like selling the family silver". He also felt that the land concession could lead to a "big political scandal some time later". "It is apparent the BOT operator has a hidden agenda which appears to be to extend the metro network to a large tract of his private land holdings so as to reap a windfall profit of four to five times the land price." Sreedharan's letter surfaced four days after the state government signed a concession agreement with Maytas-led consortium, which was awarded the contract to build the ultra modern rail system at an estimated cost of Rs.121.32 billion on a BOT basis in public private partnership (PPP) mode. The BOT developer agreed to pay Rs.303.11 billion to the state government over the concession period of 35 years, which could be further extended by another 25 years. "Sreedharan had, however, pointed out that Hyderabad's success in BOT model should not be cited as an argument for changing the policy of the government for funding metro projects in the country," it said. The consortium with Navabharat Ventures, Ital Thai and IL&FS as other partners refused to seek any grant from the government of India though the latter sanctioned Rs.23.63 billion or 20 percent of the project cost under Viability Gap Funding (VGF) scheme. Expressing his concerns over the private sector's direct involvement in building the metro rail, the DMRC's MD cautioned that BOT mode could backfire. "World-wide the experience has been that no metro project has succeeded so far on BOT basis. ...Our sole example of Mumbai Metro-I has not given us the required confidence in the BOT route," said the DMRC chief. "The example of Hyderabad Metro is quite misleading as the negative viability gap funding has resulted solely on account of 296 acres of prime land being made available to the BOT operator for commercial exploitation." Expressing doubts about BOT projects for being "expensive in long run", he said the "main beneficiary" in such projects would be the private party.

Where as in SURAH MOHAMMAD verse 35 Allah says “don’t loose heart and beg for peace while you are superior ALLAH is with you and he will never deprive you of “the reward of” your deeds” ALLAH says in QURAN “If you punish them then punish them with the like of that with which you are afflicted but if you have patience with them then it better for those who are patient.”[16:26]
ALLAH further says in [9:123], “O you who believe! Fight those of the disbeliever who are close to you and let those finds harshness in you, know that ALLAH is with those who have TAQWA” After getting through the above verses the scene becomes very clear that what Muslims can do to Hindu’s to protect their women and children

The following Hadith also gives stem to our claim As Saab ibn jathama narrated “and the prophet of Allah (s.a.w) When asked about woman and children [tharariyy] of the polytheists being killed during night raid – He said “they are from them” and in similar narration it is reported that he replied by saying ” they are from their father” [abi dawud 3/56, ibn majah 2/97] Also imam Aaini quotes the hadith narrated by ibn Umar Ibn Umar’s narration says that Islamic shari’ah clearly allows the mujahideen to go to any extent or use anything to crush the dignity and power of the enemy in order to defeat them for example 1.by destroying their crops 2.by drying their wells 3.keeping them into severe hardship through siege All the four imam also agree on this particular narration in which AHNAAF’S goes further by allowing to destroy their trees, their area, their animals be slaughter and even they allow the mujahideen to cut the hamstring of their animal if it is impossible to carry them [IMDATUL KARI 14:270]

The only reason here is that your wrongs against us in other states have crossed the limits of cruelty. If you still think that the arrests, expulsions, killing, murders, fake encounters, tortures, sufferings, cases, trials and tribulations inflicted on us will not be answered back, then here we remind you: that those days have gone.
The battle has now begun and the dust will never settle down. And All Praise be to Allah, Lord Of the Worlds, and Peace be upon His Messenger Muhammad, and all those who follow the Guidance.
