Research shows "Young" MPs are Hype & Slackers

So much for all the HYPE that "Younger" politicians are better. First-timers, young MPs' performance below average says PRS Legislative Research in their study "Activity of First-term, Young and Women MPs" released on August 7, 2009. It says 27 percent of the first-timers did not speak even once, while some 38 percent of young MPs remained quiet in Lok Sabha. 33 percent of Women MPs did not speak at all.

Each first-term MP participated in about 2.0 debates as compared to 2.5 for an average MP. For most parties, participation of first-term MPs was less than that of their more experienced colleagues.

Young MPs' form 59 percent of the strength of the Lok Sabha but their participation in debates was 49 percent. Young MPs from the BJP were more active than their older colleagues. Young MPs from Congress, Samajwadi Party and Bahujan Samaj Party participated less than their party averages.

Women MPs constitute 11 percent of Lok Sabha, they recorded a participation of eight percent. Across most parties, participation by women MPs was slightly lower than party average. Women MPs of BJP matched their male counterparts.

He and his party workers misbehaved with Election Officials and Security Forces. There would probably be re-re-polling if the Election Officials chose to file a complaint. But don't count on it because it would probably happen only if Congress wants it via Navin Chawla.

Mulayam Singh's Samajwadi Party gives voters money

The party workers were seen distributing money to people at a Holi celebration organised for SP chief Mulayam Singh Yadav at Ettawah, his constituency.

SP workers handed out Rs 100 to every person present at the celebration.

What do you do when you are ideologically bankrupt and have absolutely no idea on how lead a nation? You use Saam, Daam, Dand, Bhed to influence voters to miscast their precious vote to flush nation's future down the drain for another five years. Unlike the harsh letter that they sent to Mr. Modi when he replied to Ms. Maino's unethical and immoral jabs. Election Commission should just suspend such corrupt politicians who influence voters, suspend their party from contesting elections and debar them along with their children from holding any public office for next 2 generations. That would teach them.

It is an extension of the Utterly Pathetic Alliance (UPA) government's series of Anti-Hindu Anti-Bharat communal nonsecular decisions. Take this one. Antonia Maino aka Sonia Ghandi's Congress led UPA government has decided to give pension and jobs to all the terrorist families. But no help for the Bharatiya soldiers and citizens who have been killed by the terrorists. So first excessive legal aid has to be given to save the terrorists in the courts and now Bharatiya tax payers have to bear the cost to pay pension to some 70000+ terrorist families. In such critical hour of economic crises this fatuous government is busy making such demented policies to garner votes. Sick! This is the future of Bharat if Bharatvaasi don't wake up and take power back from this terror supporting, rather promoting, Anti-Hindu communal Congress government.
