Dr. Subramanian Swamy's letter to puppet regent Prime Minister Manmohan Singh seeking his permission to prosecute Antonia Maino aka Sonia Gandhi on corruption charges. Unsurprisingly, Mr. Singh rejected Dr. Swamy's plea.
