This dig by Jimmy Fallon as Nick Burns on Saturday Night Live (SNL) will put any tech support to shame. It's hilarious.

Although one thing is common between what Nick says in this 1999 skit and today's tech support, they both say: "It's not the program. It's not the program. Don't say it.". I guess some things don't change with time.
